Here’s how we came up with The Hamilton…. We took The Franklin, one of our most popular floor plans, shaved off some square footage (to get the price lower) and then added some features buyers have requested, for example, deeper garage, walk-in pantry, MUD ROOM, larger laundry room and a bathroom connected to the bonus. Because of those additional features and its affordability, we expect The Hamilton to become our most popular Founder floor plan.
